As a Remote IT Integration Technician and Customer Support, you’ll be involved in a number of integration projects, using your skills to solve complex technical problems. Through the projects you carry out, you immerse yourself in our customers’ business and work in a variety of sectors (chemicals, agri-food, cosmetics/pharmaceuticals).
You will be responsible for various tasks:

You prepare and configure our software and hardware solutions

You install our software and hardware solutions on site
– You work on on-site maintenance assignments
– You carry out installation and commissioning services on the customer’s premises.
– You provide feedback on users’ questions and suggestions about our products.
– You set up diagnostic platforms
– Analyze, qualify and reproduce incidents
– You monitor corrective action plans
– You distribute software updates

Bac+2 minimum, in electronics / automation / networks / industrial IT
– Beginner or 1 to 2 years’ experience in a hotline or after-sales technical support role
– Experience in weighing would be a plus
– Rigorous, organized
– Writing skills
– English: intermediate level – read, written, spoken

Computer skills: knowledge of Windows, networks and databases (SQL-Server).
