A meeting room equipped with a video projector must be made available for training courses taking place at the trainees’ place of work. Distance learning courses will take the form of webinars/videoconferences. Training will take place either over two consecutive full days (9am-12pm/13.30pm-5.30pm) or over half a day followed by a full day and another consecutive half day (1.30pm-5.30pm in the afternoon, 9am-12am/13.30pm-5.30pm the next day and 9am-12am the day after). The exact location, date and timetable of the training course will be indicated on the invitations sent to each trainee. The aim of the training course is to train the user on the QualiStat system, which is used to carry out quality controls on production lines (particularly for prepackaged products). On completion of the course, participants will be able to apply the following skills:

  • Article creation
  • Article-production line association
  • Entering properties
  • Creation of acquisition controls (weight, T°C, length, etc.)
  • Creating and modifying control plans
  • Creation and modification of attributes for controls (self-controls, compliant/non-compliant, TU1/TU2…)
  • Association ligne-machine-poste
  • Data processing via real-time supervision
  • Data extraction via a log report
  • Creation and processing of statistical files
